Similarities:
They both are called mail
They both use mailboxes (C.S.A.)
They both have addresses
You can get viruses from both
They both get delivered/received
Both are done by humans
Both require writing

Differences:
P.S hand delivers the mail
E-mail gets sent electronically
P.S. takes longer to deliver/receive
E-mail is faster at deliver/receive
P.S. needs stamps to get sent
E-mail needs a computer and internet to send
P.S. Can have name off a little bit (G'ma/G'pa) and address but still gets delivered to right person
E-mail- You have to have exact name and address or it won't get sent to the right person
